We want you to love your NutriBullet products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and components to qualify for a reimbursement.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your return package.
Pack Your Blender
Place the NutriBullet unit, blades, and cups into the original box or a sturdy shipping container, ensuring all parts are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
